The Clock Tower Inn & Bistro catered our wedding at Sydenham Ridge Estates on September 23, 2017 and I can't say enough about Mark, his wife and the entire team. After an absolutely amazing meeting and tasting (where Chef Mark made tons of appetizers, dinners and desserts for us to taste) we decided to book Clock Tower for both our bar and catering. As a bride, it can be very stressful planning a wedding (especially selecting a caterer!) and Chef Mark worked with us every step of the way and helped customize a menu that was perfect and delicious. Chef Mark was patient, kind and took care of the smallest details to make sure that everything was executed flawlessly. His staff on the day of the wedding were professional and so friendly too! The food on the wedding day was unbelievable (the stuffed chicken was a guest favourite) and we still get compliments about how wonderful the food was. Chef Mark also made our cake which was as beautiful as it was tasty! Overall, we were beyond happy with Mark and his team and would recommend them for any event you need catered!
